Do I book with QLimo or directly with a local partner?

You book directly with the local operating partner in your chosen city — the company that dispatches the vehicle and runs the ride. QLimo provides the network framework and shared standards.

Where do we meet at the airport?

Your partner confirms the exact meeting point (arrivals hall, curbside, VIP terminal where applicable). If you request meet & greet, a name sign can be arranged.

What if my flight is delayed?

Provide your flight number. Where flight monitoring is available, pickup timing can be aligned to real arrival times. Your partner will confirm waiting rules in the quote.

Is meet & greet included?

Meet & greet is available on request. Tell your partner the passenger name(s) and your preferred pickup style (standard arrivals, discreet meeting point, etc.).

Can I book a return transfer as well?

Yes. Many clients book a round trip (airport → hotel and hotel → airport). Share your return date/time so the partner can reserve capacity.

Do you offer larger vehicles for teams and luggage?

Yes. Vans and sprinters are often ideal for teams, multiple suitcases or equipment. For events, larger capacities can be arranged depending on location and availability.

Can you handle multi-stop transfers after arrival?

Yes. If you need airport → office → hotel (or multiple meetings), send your stop list and rough timing. The partner will propose a practical route with buffers.

Do you provide invoices for corporate travel?

Invoices are typically available. Provide your company billing details (address/VAT info) when booking.

Do you offer child seats?

Child seats can be arranged on request. Please specify age/weight and number of seats needed.
